SAFETY IS OF UTMOST CONCERN TO THE STAFF OF US FLIGHT EXPO and the Town of Marana.
– A Safety patrol will be on duty during show hours from 0800-1600 hours daily.
-Visitors must wear their admission wristbands to verify that they are registered attendees to the event.
-Garbage is to be placed in available bins around the trade show designated areas.
-Campfires are not allowed at campsites or RV parking areas.
-It is Arizona, so a sunscreen and hat are considerations during the daytime hours.
-There will be aircraft moving on the ground. Be aware of ground personnel wearing orange reflective vests directing aircraft in parking
areas and in the demonstration/aircraft ride for hire assembly area at the North end of the Trade Show Center ramp.
-A security patrol will monitor the airport/trade show areas during the off-hours.
-Consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted on the Airport.
-Vehicle parking is only in designated areas. Volunteer personnel will be directing traffic from entrance on Avra Valley Road to the designated visitor parking area east of the show center ramp outside the fence. Vendor parking and access will be via the same private road and is located on the southern side of the fenced in show ramp. Ramp is east of Runway 12-30.
-We are in the desert. For those of you campers, pilots doing early morning pre-flights and vendors…..keep an eye out for errant critters, especially the ones that slither. If you see a large snack, please let a volunteer know and we’ll arrange to dispatch him/her to another area.
